As a mail carrier, you are the pulse of everything we do. We change with the world, but our social mission remains the same today as it was yesterday. As the last link in the delivery chain, you are part of a teamwork and context where joy and pride are our culture.

This position is a fixed-term employment with an 80% employment rate. The employment starts in week 25 and lasts until week 34. Your working hours will be scheduled during daytime within the time span of 07:00-17:00, Monday to Friday. There is a chance for extension after the end of the temporary position. You will be based at Stämpelvägen 6, 394 70 Kalmar.

What You Will Do

• Sort mail
• Deliver letters, small packages, newspapers, and advertisements using a bicycle, e-bike, right-hand drive car, electric vehicle, moped, or walking cart
• Plan and execute your workday in the best way based on the day's route

Who You Are

• Self-driven: You know what to do, and you do it.
• Enjoy being outdoors: If the weather and wind are against you, you tough it out.
• Organized and punctual: Order and tidiness are important to ensure timely delivery.
• Good physical condition and mobility: You are active for large parts of the day.
• Flexible: Even if you follow a route, sometimes unexpected things happen that you need to respond to.
• You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.

What You Bring

• Experience working independently and in teams
• Good customer service skills
• Swedish language skills in speaking and writing
• B driver's license: Comfortable driving and safe in traffic
• High school diploma
